Requirements
This role requires a well-presented and confident individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, a clear sales orientation, and the ability to effectively manage sales, customer engagement, and delivery coordination responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries across WhatsApp, calls, and in-person interactions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and repeat customers.
- Engage with customers at supermarkets, pop-ups, and events.
- Coordinate last-mile delivery for DTC and supermarket orders
Work Hours: 8
