Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Manage inquiries, bookings, and payments via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Itinerary Preparation: Create tailored itineraries based on client requirements.
- Invoice Management: Prepare invoices and follow up on payments.
- Customer Support: Handle booking updates, feedback, and resolve travel issues.
- Sales Contribution: Support weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Language: Excellent command of the Danish language.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in tour consulting or hotel operations.
- Destination Expertise: Proven experience selling Kenya and other East African destinations, including Tanzania and Uganda.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Able to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
- Flexibility: Willing to work varied hours when required.
