What the Program Offers:

  • Structured cross-functional rotations across key areas of the business
  • Hands-on involvement in real business projects with measurable impact
  • Mentorship and exposure to experienced leaders across the organization
  • Professional and leadership development throughout the 12 months
  • A strong foundation for accelerated growth into substantive roles within the business

This is not a classroom-based program. You will be embedded in the organization, gaining firsthand experience of how a complex FMCG business operates, makes decisions, and delivers value at scale.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking graduates who:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline)
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Show leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership
  • Are interested in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations
