Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review and analyse data and reports from various departments including operations, sales, finance, procurement, inventory, and other business functions.
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, trends, and performance gaps within departmental reports.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools for management reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance insights.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting requirements and resolve data issues.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of business data.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc analytical reports for management.
• Support decision-making through meaningful interpretation of operational and business data.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Support implementation and follow-up of approved process improvement initiatives.
