Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, IT, Business or related field
• 1-2 years in data analysis/reporting
• Advanced Excel; formulas, PivotTables, data cleaning, analytical and reporting skills, accuracy, ability to interpret sales, stock and business data.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and organize company data.
• Prepare regular sales, stock and performance reports.
• Analyze trends and variances; create excel summaries and dashboards.
• Verify data accuracy; Assist departments with data requirements.
• Highlight unusual trends or discrepancies to management.
