Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is a consultancy services company incorporated under the laws of Kenya.
Responsibilities or duties
- Accurately capture, update, and maintain data in company systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain logistics and operational records.
- Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and collections with suppliers and transport providers.
- Monitor inventory movements and maintain stock records.
- Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other logistics documentation.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Ensure proper filing and safe custody of company records.
- Perform other administrative and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications or requirementsÂ
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience needed
At least 1-2 years' experience in data entry, logistics, administration, or a similar role.
Experience using ERP systems or inventory management software is an added advantage.
