Background

ADEC Kenya also offers eLearning services through ADEC Innovations’ capabilities in curriculum design and content development; certifications, simulations and assessments; learning management systems; mobile learning systems; and content conversion. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately encode and enter order-related data into client systems in accordance with project requirements.
  • Verify and review completed work before proceeding to the next stage to ensure high-quality output.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions, project orientations, and other learning activities as required.
  • Promptly report any system issues, technical challenges, or operational concerns to the immediate supervisor.
  • Comply with all company policies, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Data Privacy regulations (DPA), EHS requirements, and other internal policies.
  • Report any security incidents, vulnerabilities, or system weaknesses in a timely manner.
  • Perform any additional duties or responsibilities assigned by management to support business operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related business course.
  • At least 2 years of work experience and/or experience in a relevant role/capacity is an advantage.
  • Must possess typing speed of 200 characters per minute (CPM) at 100% accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to follow instructions and draw logical conclusions.
  • High attention to detail, patience, and willingness to be trained.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Flexible to accommodate different shift jobs, including night shifts, and must be staying within or ready to relocate to Kitengela or Athi River
