Key Responsibilities:
- Recover outstanding debts through calls, visits, and follow-ups
- Negotiate repayment plans with clients
- Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions
- Meet set collection targets within deadlines
Requirements:
- Certificate/ diploma in a relevant field (Finance, Business, or related)
- Previous experience in debt collection or credit control is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
