Job Summary

The Deployment Executive will coordinate the deployment of vehicles, equipment, personnel, and other operational resources to ensure that assets are positioned and activated efficiently according to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the deployment and allocation of vehicles and operational assets.
• Plan daily deployment activities based on operational requirements.
• Work closely with operations, technical, energy, and field teams.
• Track deployed assets and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Coordinate the movement and positioning of vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure deployed assets are ready, functional, and properly documented.
• Monitor deployment progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate deployment reports and records.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation of new operational assets where applicable.
• Support field teams during deployment activities.
• Identify deployment inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Ensure company procedures and safety requirements are followed during deployment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, fleet operations, field operations, or asset deployment is an advantage.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
• Good computer and data-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel within the assigned operational area when required.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
