About the Role

The Judicial Service Commission invites applications for the position of Deputy Director, Organizational Productivity & Quality Assurance (JSG 2). This role is responsible for driving organizational efficiency, productivity, and quality assurance across the Judiciary.

Key Duties

  • Develop and implement organizational productivity and quality assurance strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate institutional performance against set standards
  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and innovation programs
  • Establish frameworks for service delivery excellence and accountability
  • Coordinate audits, reviews, and compliance assessments
  • Prepare and disseminate productivity and quality assurance reports
  • Build capacity in performance management and organizational development

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Economics, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Relevant professional certification and membership in a recognized professional body
  • Course in Strategic Leadership Development or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution

Experience

  • Minimum 12 years’ relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in senior management OR 6 years in middle management

  • Strategic leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Evidence‑based decision‑making skills
  • Time management and prioritization
