YLabs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Director to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the Director in the overall strategic direction and operational management of the organization.

Responsibilities

The Deputy Director will be responsible for:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management and leadership is required. Experience in program management and strategic planning is highly desirable.
