Employer: An International School With Early Years, Primary, Secondary And A' Level

Salary: Kshs. 300,000 - 350,000 + Medical Cover + 100% Tuition Fee For One Child And 50% For The Second Child + Training & Professional Development

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, Or Related Field.
  • Bachelors Degree In Education Or Relevant Teaching Subject.
  • Cambridge Professional Development Certifications Or International Curriculum Training Are Necessary.
  • Proven Track Record Of Improving Academic Outcomes And Instructional Quality.

Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 Years Of Teaching Experience Within An International Or High Performing School With At Least 4-6 Years In Academic Leadership Roles Such As Head Of Academics, Deputy Principal, Head Of Secondary/Primary, Curriculum Coordinator Or Director Of Teaching & Learning.
  • Demonstrated Experience With Eyfs, Cambridge Primary, Igcse, A Levels And Btec Pathways.
  • Experience Leading Curriculum Development, Assessment Systems, And Teacher Performance Management.
  • Strong Experience In Staff Coaching, Mentoring, And Professional Development.
  • Experience Overseeing Multiple School Sections (Eyfs A Level).
  • Experience Implementing Educational Technology And Digital Learning Initiatives.
  • International School Experience In Multicultural Environments.

Responsibilities: -

  • Academic Leadership: - Lead The Design, Implementation And Review Of Whole-School Academic Policies And Procedures.
  • Curriculum Development & Implementation: - Oversee Curriculum Mapping, Planning And Progression To Ensure Continuity Across Year Groups And Sections.
  • Assessment & Examinations: -Develop And Oversee Whole-School Assessment Policy And Framework.
  • Teacher Development & Capacity Building: - Mentor, Coach And Support Teachers To Improve Instructional Practices.
  • Quality Assurance & Standards: - Monitor Teaching And Learning Standards Across All Phases Of The School.
  • Academic Innovation & Student Learning Support: - Promote Personalized Learning, Differentiated Instruction And Inclusion.
  • Strategic Leadership:- Contribute To Whole-School Strategic Planning As Part Of The Senior Leadership Team (Slt).
