As the Deputy Head Teacher, you will play a key leadership role in the development and management of all academic and co-curricular activities. Working closely with the Head of School and Senior Management Team, you will ensure the successful implementation of the school's strategic goals, uphold a culture of discipline and excellence, and inspire both staff and students to perform at their best.

Develop and enforce guidelines for discipline, mentorship, and staff/student support. Oversee performance management, teaching standards, and curriculum implementation. Monitor use of educational technology, including smart boards. Manage academic resources, bookstore inventory, and annual school budgeting. Plan and coordinate internal and external co-curricular activities. Manage all internal examinations: preparation, logistics, analysis, and reporting. Prepare teacher and student timetables for effective academic delivery. Support branding, public relations, and promotion of the school. Contribute to strategic planning as a member of the Senior Management Team.
Strong understanding of curriculum design and performance management systems. Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. Tech-savvy with experience in integrating digital tools in education.
A university degree in Education or related field. At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar academic setting.
