Role Summary

Hotpoint is seeking an experienced corporate leader for the role of Deputy Head of Retail. This senior executive position drives operational excellence across our entire branch network. The role directly oversees performance analytics, process standardization, client service frameworks, and retail transformation initiatives to ensure modern, scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Performance: Drive network-wide KPIs using data analytics to maximize branch profitability, labor productivity, and sales numbers.
• Process Standardization: Design and enforce clear retail operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent compliance and execution across all stores.
• Transformation Leadership: Conceptualize, plan, and execute modern retail transformation projects, including digital system integrations and store format updates.
• Customer Experience: Implement strong customer service frameworks to maintain a premium shopping environment and high brand loyalty.
• Talent Architecture: Mentor, train, and develop branch managers, establishing high-performing teams and a clear internal leadership pipeline.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

•  8 to 10 years of proven multi-site retail leadership experience managing extensive branch networks.
