Riselink HR Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading healthcare institution.

Job Purpose

Coordinate nursing services within the medical and surgical wards to ensure quality patient care, effective resource utilization, and compliance with nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff within medical and surgical wards.
• Coordinate admission, treatment, and discharge processes.
• Ensure implementation of nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient safety and quality indicators.
• Supervise documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate staffing schedules.
• Conduct ward inspections and quality audits.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols.
• Participate in clinical governance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN).
• Registered and licensed by the Nursing Council of Kenya.
• Nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities.
