JOB DETAILS:
ROLE OBJECTIVE
To assist in the effective management, coordination and supervision of theatre services to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality perioperative care.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in theatre nursing with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, organizing and coordinating theatre services.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention, safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and support theatre nursing staff and students.
- Ensure availability of equipment, instruments and theatre supplies.
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with surgeons and the multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
