JOB DETAILS:
Role purpose
Lead quality management and continuous improvement across Bliss Healthcare facilities, driving patient safety, regulatory compliance, consistent standards, and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Studies, Quality Management, or a related field Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related discipline is an advantage
Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare quality management, quality assurance, or a related field
Strong experience in quality audits, SOPS, regulatory compliance, and team leadership
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
