Responsibilities or duties

Conduct thorough skin assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and execute comprehensive treatment plans for various dermatological conditions, including cosmetic and aesthetic procedures (peels, lasers, micro-needling).

Review and approve all products and treatments used in the clinic, offering expert advice on the formulation, safety, and effectiveness of cosmetic products in collaboration with product development teams.

Deliver a range of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, laser treatments, micro-needling, acne management, and pigmentation treatments.

Deliver professional skin consultations, offering expert guidance on treatment protocols, skin-care routines, and product recommendations tailored to client needs.

Educate clients comprehensively on their skin conditions, prescribed procedures, and post-treatment care, and address customer concerns while following up on outcomes to ensure satisfaction.

Ensure all clinical procedures strictly comply with established medical standards, regulatory requirements, and rigorous hygiene protocols.

Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client medical and treatment records.

Monitor the clinic's overall compliance with dermatology, cosmetic treatment, and safety standards to uphold high quality control.

Participate actively in the creation of educational content (articles, expert tips, videos) to support marketing efforts and brand visibility.

Provide scientific guidance for marketing claims to maintain brand integrity and represent the brand credibly in professional forums, events, and campaigns.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Bachelor's Degree in Medicine (MBChB/MBBS) with specialization in Dermatology.

Valid practicing license from the relevant medical board/council.

Training in cosmetic procedures (e.g., laser aesthetics, injectables, dermal treatments) is a strong advantage.

Experience needed

Minimum 2-5 years of clinical dermatology experience, preferably in a cosmetic or aesthetic environment.
