About the Role
• As the Design Fellowship Program Associate, you will be critical in designing, planning, executing, and evaluating our Design Fellowship Program. You will be responsible for managing
• the end-to-end process of the fellowship, including fellowship program refinement, fellow recruitment, selection, onboarding, mentorship coordination, program administration, project management and fellow transition at the end of the fellowship. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the program aligns with our strategic goals and delivers a
• high-quality experience for fellows. With leadership support, you will build and manage strategic relationships with partners and the consultancy collective.

What you will be doing
• Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Design Fellowship Program, including refining program objectives, participant selection and evaluation metrics, participant program experience, fellow placement and program partnerships.
• Lead the recruitment process by promoting the fellowship, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews and selection decisions.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for selected fellows, including orientation sessions, introductions to coaches, and providing necessary program information.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with fellows, mentors, and partner organizations to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Collaborate with leadership and other key stakeholders to identify and secure meaningful project opportunities for fellows.
• Work with program facilitators and leadership in refining program sessions, learning outcomes, activities, and fellowship experiences
• Coordinate and manage regular check-ins, workshops, and events for fellows as part of the fellowship experience.
• Provide ongoing leadership and guidance to fellows, ensuring they receive the necessary support to achieve their goals.
• Oversee the delivery of the fellowship projects, managing the relationship between the fellows and program partners.
• Track and evaluate fellowship progress, collect feedback from fellows, mentors, and stakeholders, and use the insights to improve the program.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program outcomes and impact to the leadership team and stakeholders

What you bring
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. entrepreneurship, project management, design, arts, or related disciplines).
• Proven experience in managing fellowship programs, entrepreneurship programs, talent development initiatives, or similar programs.
• Good understanding of the design industry, including current trends and best practices.
• Experience in human-centered design, business design and strategy
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with fellows, mentors, and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to provide mentorship and guidance to emerging designers.
• Ability to think strategically, set program goals, and measure outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using collaboration tools and project management software.
• Experience in workshop facilitation and project leadership.
