Digital Content Assistant

JOB PURPOSE:
To support the Business Development team by creating compelling visual and video content that promotes the hospital’s services, brand visibility, and strategic growth. The role involves designing graphics, editing videos, and contributing creatively to digital campaigns and internal communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop engaging digital content (graphics, videos, animations) for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing the hospital’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for promotional materials.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of hospital events, services, and facilities.
  • Edit and optimize multimedia content for various digital platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Support internal communications by creating visually appealing presentations and newsletters.
  • Monitor trends in digital design and video production to suggest innovative approaches.
  • Maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy access and reuse.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of digital content to refine strategies.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Film/Video Editing, Communication, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
  3. Basic video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
  4. Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
  5. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under supervision and tight deadlines.
  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
