Digital Lending Manager oversees the end-to-end execution, development, and performance of Retail Digital lending products delivered via Omni-channel platform.
The purpose of this role is to deliver best in class route to market and commercial sales solutions for all new digital lending products / enhancements.
The role is responsible for e2e customer journeys from ideation to commercialization: conceiving, designing, developing, and deploying the Go-To-Market plans; route to market selection, channel focus, trade marketing support, collateral design, picture of success toolkits and commercial terms for digital lending products and services in collaboration with all lending stakeholders
They are responsible for driving user acquisition, ensuring regulatory compliance managing portfolio risk, and enhancing customer experience through automated lending processes
They partner with the relevant internal stakeholders to understand customer behavior and thus achieve Retention focused cross-selling models, revenue management plans, customer information management tools, loyalty and rewards programs as well as Customer Value Proposition
The role holder is responsible for funded revenue growth & retention and set portfolio criteria (FID, PAR and NPL) targets.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academia and Professional Certifications:
- University degree Upper Second or Equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification in Marketing would be an advantage.
Experience:
8 years’ work experience in a financial services environment handling Marketing, PR or Business Development responsibilities. Prior experience in the development of Retention programs would be preferred.
