JOB DETAILS:
Digital Manager

Responsibilities
• We believe that a connected farmer is a prosperous farmer. That’s why we aim to connect farmers to value, knowledge, and the market for meaningful impact.
• Work closely with the Digital Agriculture Solutions team to strengthen partner portfolio and build trust.
• Work closely with the local commercial team to ensure strategic alignment and drive growth of our partner channel, to enable local commercial targets.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key partner needs and requirements.
• Serve as the link of communication between key partners and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Profile
• Tertiary Qualification in business, post graduate preferable
• Experience in agricultural retail environments, food value chains and partnerships
• Strong commercial experience in value adding offers to retail channel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence current ways of working in a constructive manner
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiating
• Strong analytical skills
