DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Support brand visibility and lead generation through online channels
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve results
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Create and schedule engaging posts aligned with brand identity
- Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries in a timely manner
- Track social media performance and provide insights for improvement
Content Creation
- Develop creative content including posts, graphics, captions, and short videos
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce engaging campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, messaging, and objectives
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Run paid advertising campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads where applicable)
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and engagement metrics
Brand Growth & Online Engagement
- Identify digital trends and opportunities for brand growth
- Engage with online communities to enhance brand visibility
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and events
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketer
- Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation
- Proven track record of managing digital campaigns
- Social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
- Content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
- Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, insights dashboards)
