Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and copywriting for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize for ROI
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence and reputation
- Develop email marketing campaigns and newsletters for lead generation
- Monitor trends in digital marketing and real estate industry to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and property teams to support promotions and property launches
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance and KPIs
- Respond to online inquiries and engage with prospective clients
- Optimize website content for SEO and user experience
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SEO are an advantage
- Minimum 2–3 years proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising, analytics, and management tools
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools
