tma is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced international marketing environment supporting a USA-based team.

This is a permanent night shift opportunity working USA hours from one of our offices based in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town or Kenya.

Working Hours:

2pm to 11pm SAST

Please note that working hours may shift slightly in line with USA daylight savings time changes.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Digital Marketing Specialist with previous agency experience who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing campaign execution with strategic analysis.

The successful candidate will work closely with an international marketing team, supporting campaign management, reporting, optimisation and performance analysis across multiple digital channels.

This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, responsive and confident communicating within a collaborative remote team environment during USA business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day digital campaign management across multiple accounts
• Analyse campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations
• Prepare reports and performance tracking updates
• Assist with optimisation across paid media and social campaigns
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders during live USA business hours
• Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven agency environment

Requirements

• Previous digital marketing agency experience is essential
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and social media marketing
• Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working permanent night shift USA hours
• Able to work full-time from the office
