JOB DETAILS:
We’re Hiring: Direct Sales Representative (DSR)
We are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Representative to grow our membership base and deposit portfolio. You will proactively engage potential and existing members, promote Sacco products, and drive financial inclusion through direct selling and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and register new individual and corporate members
- Promote and sell Sacco products and services
- Build and maintain strong member relationships
- Activate dormant accounts and handle member inquiries
- Provide market feedback to management and support team collaboration
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Cooperative Management, Business Management or any related course
- Minimum 1 year experience in a financial institution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
