This is a senior management position within KUCCPS.

Responsibilities or duties

Oversee financial policies, strategies, budgets, and cost controls; guide revenue/treasury management; maintain books of accounts; develop debt management policy; manage assets register; ensure compliance; respond to audit queries; lead work plans, budgets, risk management, and staff development.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Master's Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Accounts) or equivalent.

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Business Administration (Accounting/Finance) or equivalent.

Certified Public Accountants (CPA-K).

Leadership course (≥4 weeks).

Member of ICPAK in good standing.

Practicing certificate (where applicable).

Proficiency in computer applications.

Fulfill Chapter Six of the Constitution.

Experience needed

15 years relevant work experience, 5 in management.
