CSCEC is seeking to recruit experienced Dozer operators to join our dynamic team.

Position: - Dozer operators - 1

Responsibilities

• Operate the bulldozer safely and efficiently to move soil, rock, gravel, and other materials.
• Perform site clearing, stripping, spreading, levelling, grading, and backfilling activities.
• Site Preparation and Earthworks
• Conduct daily pre-start and post-operation inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and operator's cabin.
• Operate equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure grading and levelling activities meet required specifications and tolerances.

Required Qualifications

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Valid Dozer Operator Certificate from a recognized training institution.
• Valid driving license where required by company policy.
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience operating bulldozers in road construction, earthworks, mining, quarrying, or civil engineering projects.
• Experience working with different types and sizes of dozers is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in operating and controlling a bulldozer safely and efficiently.
• Understanding of grading levels, slopes, and earthworks operations.

Requirements: Copies of:

1. National ID card
2. A recommendation letter from the area chief.
3. Statutory certificates (NSSF, NHIF, KRA PIN, Bank Account)

Other requirements:
