About the Role

We are a leading security firm, seeking to hire qualified and experienced drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely transporting personnel and goods while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles safely and efficiently to designated locations.
  • Transport personnel, equipment, and materials as required.
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
  • Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers and clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid Kenyan driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver.
  • Knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
  • Ability to operate various types of vehicles (e.g., saloon cars, vans).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • A certificate of good conduct is mandatory.
  • Experience in the security industry is an added advantage.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position. Successful candidates will be expected to work on an H-hour shift basis.
