Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth

Manage overall operations and drive sales growth on platforms such as Jumia and Kilimall.

Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales targets, while monitoring core performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, average order value, repurchase rate, etc.)

Use data insights to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and lead major promotional campaigns e.g., Black Friday, Mid-Year Sale), coordinating with design, logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop on-platform and off-platform marketing strategies that boost traffic and sales

Store & Brand Management

Maintain brand image and enhance product detail pages, store visuals, and user experience.

Monitor customer feedback, analyze reviews and after-sales data, and continuously improve product performance and service experience.

Cross-department Collaboration & Supply Chain Coordination

Work closely with HQ e-commerce, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment on pricing and promotional strategies.

Manage inventory and order fulfillment processes to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or sales.

Familiarity with major e-commerce back-end systems and marketing tools.

Strong data sensitivity, analytical ability, and strategy optimization skills.

Passion for marketing and brand management, with interest in consumer electronics or the smartphone industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in creative content production (copywriting, graphic design, video editing) is an added advantage.
