Role Summary:
The Early Years Teacher – Nursery will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive learning environment for young learners in alignment with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Early Years framework. The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate, inquiry-based learning experiences that foster each child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. The teacher will serve as the primary point of contact for the class, maintaining strong communication with parents, collaborating closely with colleagues and ensuring the holistic development and well-being of each student in their care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Bachelor’s degree with PGCE.
- 3 years of teaching experience in an international school.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural collaborative team and environment.
- Be conversant with the use of technology as a teaching and learning tool.
- Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration certificate.
- Certificate of good conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education/Bachelor’s degree with PGCE.
- 3 years of teaching experience in an international school.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural collaborative team and environment.
- Be conversant with the use of technology as a teaching and learning tool.
