Electricians install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, requiring skills like reading blueprints, troubleshooting, and a strong understanding of electrical theory and safety codes.

Installation: Installing wiring, lighting, and electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings according to blueprints and codes. Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. Testing and Inspection: Testing and inspecting electrical work, such as wiring and lighting, to ensure it is safe, functional, and compliant with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other local regulations. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing electrical issues by inspecting systems, components, and equipment to identify and repair faults. Documentation: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance activities. Collaboration: Working with project managers, other tradespeople, and sometimes training apprentices or junior electricians to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Technical Skills: Reading blueprints and schematics, installing and repairing wiring and conduits, using diagnostic tools, and understanding electrical theory, systems, and safety codes. Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues, performing repairs, and identifying and mitigating safety hazards. Physical Skills: Excellent dexterity for working with hand and power tools, good physical condition, and flexibility to work in various environments. Analytical Skills: Strong math skills for calculations related to voltage, resistance, and load, and the ability to pay close attention to detail. Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, good communication and customer service skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Preferably a lady for gender balance Grade Test Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Atleast 2 years of experience in a busy environment. Must have EPRA Certificate
