Electricians & Plumbers — Maintenance Staff

Positions: 5
Term: Five (5) years

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the medical center's electrical, plumbing, water, drainage, and related building systems to ensure safe and reliable facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of electrical or plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults.
• Carry out preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.
• Install and repair electrical fittings, plumbing fixtures, pipes, and related systems.
• Ensure work complies with applicable safety standards.
• Maintain maintenance records and report recurring faults.
• Monitor water supply, drainage, and electrical systems.
• Work with contractors and service providers when required.
• Ensure tools and maintenance equipment are properly used and maintained.

Requirements

• Relevant trade certificate, diploma, or recognized technical qualification in Electrical Installation, Plumbing, or a related field.
• Appropriate licensing where required.
• Practical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to workplace and electrical safety.
• Ability to work on-call or outside normal hours when required.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
