Electronic Procurement Part-time Lectures
- Manage E-Procurement Systems: Provide hands-on training on using e-sourcing and e-tendering platforms to streamline the bidding and supplier selection process.
- Implement Digital Catalogs: Instruct students on how to manage digital punch-out catalogs and maintain an organized internal marketplace for end-user purchasing.
- Integrate ERP Systems: Teach the integration of e-procurement modules with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to ensure seamless financial and inventory tracking.
- Analyze Spend Visibility: Train students on using e-procurement analytics to generate reports on company-wide spending, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage Supplier Portals: Set up exercises where students configure supplier portals for collaborative forecasting, order tracking, and invoice management.
- Ensure System Security: Educate students on cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols necessary to safeguard sensitive procurement data in online platforms.
