JOB DETAILS:

Interpret Labor Legislation

Analyze local and international labor laws regarding working hours, minimum wage, and occupational health and safety.

Manage Grievance Procedures

Instruct on the proper steps to investigate, mediate, and resolve formal employee complaints in a legally compliant manner.

Advise on Industrial Action
