Knowledge and Experience Required

a) Master’s degree in relevant area
b) Professional certification in management, governance and/or leadership
c) At least five years in training and/or consultancy
d) At least five years in senior management
e) Excellent report writing skills
f) Excellent communication and presentation skills
g) KIM membership will be an added advantage
h) Publications, published papers and articles will also be an added advantage
i) Self-motivated, results-oriented and passionate about institutional excellence

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: bachelor degree
