JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Engineering Manager to oversee the technical aspects of the property during its pre-opening phase and beyond. You will be responsible for managing the setup of all engineering systems, overseeing the final fit-out from a technical perspective, and ensuring the property is handed over in perfect working order.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the final stages of construction and fit-out, ensuring all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems are functioning correctly.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and meeting rooms.
- Manage the engineering team and establish standard operating procedures for maintenance and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a 5-star hotel or serviced apartment development.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
