POSITION: English & Literature Teacher

Job Summary:

The English & Literature Teacher will deliver engaging lessons that develop learners' communication, language, analytical, and literary skills while preparing them for national assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and teach English and Literature lessons.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Mark assignments and examinations promptly.
• Monitor learner performance and provide academic support.
• Maintain accurate academic records.
• Participate in departmental and school activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Education specializing in English and Literature.
• Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Good classroom management skills.
