Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage students' appreciation and understanding of literary works.

Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Support students' academic, social, and personal development.
• Identify learning challenges and provide appropriate support.
• Encourage active student participation during lessons.

School Engagement

• Participate in departmental meetings, school activities, and academic programmes.
• Maintain accurate learner records and assessment reports.

• Support implementation of school policies and educational standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education with English and Literature as a teaching subject.
• Valid teaching qualification and registration with the relevant education authority.
• Previous teaching experience in English and Literature is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring learners.
• Ability to use creative teaching approaches to improve learning outcomes.
