Job Description

To implement, drive and continuously improve the end-to-end pro-active client lifecycle management (i.e. Entrenchment) activities for Affluent clients in alignment with Group and Country Affluent Banking objectives (e.g., performance measures including transactability and product holding). To lead a team of entrenchment bankers to achieve the goals and set key performance measures aligned with strategic intent.

Qualifications

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Field of Study: Business, Banking or any other related field

Experience Required

3-4 years

Experience in sales and relationship management of clients and able to drive profitability and build relationships. Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.

Knowledge of the bank’s products, services and digital platforms
