Responsibilities or duties

  • Develop Business Models: Guide students in using the Business Model Canvas to design, test, and iterate viable business ideas.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Teach techniques for recognizing unmet needs and gaps in the market to spot new venture ideas.
  • Implement Lean Startups: Instruct on building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and using customer feedback loops to pivot or persevere.
  • Build Financial Projections: Train students to create a robust financial forecast and pitch deck to attract angel investors or venture capitalists.
  • Foster Intrapreneurial Culture: Guide students on how to create an environment within a large corporation that encourages employee-led innovation and risk-taking.
  • Manage Intellectual Property: Teach the basics of IP law, including filing patents, trademarks, and copyrights to protect new business assets.
