As an Entry Level Telesales Representative, you will be part of Kenya Builders' Sales Academy, designed to train and develop future sales professionals. Your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers over the phone, introduce our wide range of products, and generate qualified sales leads. This role is not about prior experience but about learning, growing, and proving your sales ability.
You will gain hands-on exposure to sales fundamentals, customer engagement, and product knowledge while supporting the wider sales team. Successful Telesales Representatives typically progress into Field Sales or Retail Sales roles within 12–24 months, making this position the first step in a rewarding sales career with Kenya Builders.

Academic and professional Qualifications and experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Two years of experience in telesales, customer service, or any sales-related role. Recent graduates or school leavers are strongly encouraged to apply. This role is designed for early-career individuals eager to grow into sales.
