Responsibilities or duties

Managing maintenance, repairs and renovation of projects in the Institute:

Prepare maintenance schedules and budgets:

Supervisory of contracted construction works and service providers in the Institute:

Oversee repairs of facilities and develop health and safety reports to ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards:

Maintain accurate records for all machines and equipment for accountability and planning purpose and any other duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

A Diploma in Building Technology/Civil Engineering or a related field.

Accredited by National Construction Authority as supervisor of works:

Proficiency in architectural construction soft wares will be an added advantage:

Good leadership and supervisory skills:

Good conflict and problem solving skills:

Good communication/interpersonal and organizational skills:

Proficiency in computer applications.

Experience needed

At least two years of relevant working experience:

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
