Job Summary
CheDreamakers Events is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Event Planner & Set-Up Coordinator to lead and supervise event setup teams at venues, interpret floor plans, coordinate assembly of decor, stages, and AV, and ensure seamless event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise event setup teams at venues.
- Interpret floor plans and technical drawings.
- Coordinate assembly of decor, stages, and AV.
- Conduct pre-setup site inspections.
- Work with logistics for timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure all event setups meet company standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Event Management/Interior Design.
- 3+ years in event setup/production.
- Experience managing event crews.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: associate degree
