Your Role: The Architect of Unforgettable Experiences

As our Events Manager, you will lead the design, planning, and flawless execution of events that embody our core values of elegance, creativity, and warmth. Your mission will be to transform creative concepts into immersive experiences that deepen our community ties and reinforce our position as a leading lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Strategy & Planning: Develop the annual events calendar and conceptualize innovative event formats that resonate with each brand’s unique identity and audience.
• End-to-End Execution: Oversee every detail—from venue design and vendor management to guest experience and culinary coordination—ensuring each event is seamless and reflects the premium Artcaffe standard.
• Partnership & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and partners to enhance event quality and expand our reach.
• Logistical Excellence: Manage budgets meticulously, negotiate contracts, and lead on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution from setup to breakdown.
• Measurement & Growth: Gather guest feedback, analyze event success against KPIs, and use data-driven insights to continuously innovate and improve our event strategy.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5–7 years of proven event management experience, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, F&B, or retail.
• Portfolio: A strong track record of events managed from concept to completion, demonstrating both creativity and impeccable execution.
• Skills: Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with an unmatched attention to detail.
• Mindset: A creative and strategic thinker who can design experiences that tell a brand story and foster community.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaboration: A team-oriented spirit, comfortable working closely with marketing, culinary, operations, and communications to bring a shared vision to life.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for food, culture, and creating joy through meaningful, real-world experiences.
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by the event schedule.
