Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Senior Management team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-up on key issues and tasks.
  • Support planning and execution of company meetings, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and Kaizen activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is an added advantage.
