Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya(with occasional travel), for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director – Special Projects, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining an organized workflow, and handling other administrative duties to support senior leadership.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Executive and Administrative Assistance

Experience in Executive Support and handling Expense Reports

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized.

Proficiency in office software and tools i.e. Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred

Familiarity with non-profit organizations or environmental conservation initiatives is an advantage
