What you’ll be doing:
- Managing my calendar and ensuring time is used effectively
- Managing my inbox, prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and following up
- Tracking tasks and projects across multiple teams and businesses
- Preparing me for meetings with the right context and information
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
What success looks like:
- My day runs smoothly without friction
- No missed follow-ups or dropped tasks
- Clear visibility on everything that is in progress
- Meetings are well-prepared and productive
What I’m looking for:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Proactive, you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Able to handle multiple priorities without losing structure
- High level of discretion and professionalism
