  • Managing my calendar and ensuring time is used effectively
  • Managing my inbox, prioritizing emails, drafting responses, and following up
  • Tracking tasks and projects across multiple teams and businesses
  • Preparing me for meetings with the right context and information
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

What success looks like:

  • My day runs smoothly without friction
  • No missed follow-ups or dropped tasks
  • Clear visibility on everything that is in progress
  • Meetings are well-prepared and productive

What I’m looking for:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proactive, you don’t wait to be told what to do
