JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department for our 114 serviced apartments (152 rooms) and world-class facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the entire property, from the apartments to the public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including the 152 rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
• Recruit, train, and manage the housekeeping team to ensure impeccable service standards.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, and procurement of all linen, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to brand standards and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel or luxury serviced apartment complex.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
