About the Role.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Executive Sales Representative to drive business growth through the acquisition and management of institutional and corporate accounts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, conducting client visits, presenting the company’s product portfolio, negotiating commercial terms, and converting opportunities into sales.
Job description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within institutional and corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular client visits and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and promote the company’s products and solutions based on client needs.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients and effectively close high-value sales.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve set targets.
- Follow up on prospective clients from initial engagement through to completion of the sale.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of client orders.
- Provide regular sales, client visit, and pipeline reports to management.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and other business engagements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B, corporate, institutional, or consultative sales.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and close high-value sales.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent business development and networking abilities.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
- Valid driving licence and demonstrated ability to drive professionally.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Good reporting, organisational, and follow-up skills.
